Double Win at the 2015 SWCCF Awards

We’re thrilled to have been awarded Best Outsourced Contact Centre at last night’s South West Contact Centre Forum (SWCCF) Awards. What’s more, Business Development Executive Jamie Sutton also walked away with Sales Agent of the Year.

The awards are considered to be the annual showcase that recognises the very best in the contact centre industry in the South West. We were delighted to have been shortlisted in seven categories and the evening was made even better by the fact we walked away with two of the most prestigious category awards.

Sales Agent of the Year, Jamie, who works on our Vodafone account, was recognised for his exceptional performance. His constant determination to make sure the client’s needs are met, which often means going above and beyond the call of duty, really shone through. 

Our work in customer management outsourcing was recognised as ‘top of the league’ as we were named Best Outsourced Contact Centre using our work with Motability and CollectPlus as prime examples. It's the second time in four years that we've been awarded this accolade, which recognises the fact that rather than operating as a highly transactional and commoditised outsourced contact centre, we recognise the importance of living and breathing our clients’ brand values and ambitions. 

We’re delighted with the awards and are immensely proud of Jamie, the exemplary Motability and CollectPlus teams, and all our finalists, who are all excellent representatives of how we do things here at Jaywing. This acknowledgement from our peers reflects well on everyone and is a great reward for the commitment we have to our clients, their customers, and our colleagues.
