The Jaywing Contact team have earned places in four categories at the 2017 South West Contact Centre Forum (SWCCF) Awards.

Jaywing is shortlisted for Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year and People Development. It’s fantastic to be recognised for our focus on training and developing employees at Jaywing Contact, and how this supports us in delivering an exceptional service for our clients. We’re committed to achieving business goals for our clients, and it’s fantastic to be recognised for this.

Our investment in people allows them to become successful in a nurturing environment, something we’re very proud of. The encouragement and training helps reinvigorate our people, allowing them to succeed in their roles. This success has supported Team Leader, Sue Baker and Stephen Brown, CollectPlus Parcel Detective, also earning spots in the individual categories at this year’s SWCCF Awards.

The Newcomer of the Year and Hero of the Year categories (Stephen and Sue respectively) recognise outstanding individuals who go above and beyond the daily expectations held by our clients and their colleagues in the contact centre.

I’m sure you’ll join us in wishing Stephen, Sue and the Jaywing Contact team the best of luck ahead of the awards ceremony on 29th June.
