Donna joined Jaywing in 2013 to set up the Customer Surveying proposition. Since then her role has developed to cover insight and analysis for a number of clients, with emphasis on Voice of the Customer and Continuous Improvement, to help improve the performance of both Jaywing and our clients.
Over the last 20 years, Donna has managed market leading Mystery Shopping, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty programmes for brands such as Ford Motor Company, Honda UK, Mercedes-Benz and Unipart Automotive. Donna also has experience of after sales and parts marketing with Mercedes-Benz and Unipart Automotive, working closely with franchised dealers and branches to supply and promote aftermarket parts.
