Becky joined Jaywing in 2009 to set up a key new client account. Becky has played a pivotal role across all areas of the business with an emphasis on performance management through people. Subsequent to setting up the CATI team in 2013, Becky now heads up the area and has been successful in continuously delivering results across all key performance indicators.
Over the last 20 years Becky has managed several contact centres and been responsible for the successful delivery of sales, service and customer research.
